SEAFOOD PLATTER Fried hand breaded oysters, shrimp and scallops SHRIMP SCAMPI Fresh shrimp sautéed in garlic butter with Chablis scallions and just a hint of fresh tomato SALMON PROVENCAL Salmon fillet sautéed with tomato, garlic, scallions, capers and a touch of wine SHRIMP AND SCALLOP ETOUFFEE Tender shrimp and large sea scallops sautéed with onions, peppers, tomatoes, capers and Tabasco finished with a garlic and wine sauce (hot, medium or mild) DIJON GLAZED SALMON Fresh salmon chargrilled and glazed with an orange and honey Dijon sauce SHRIMP DIANE Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms and scallions in a herbed butter sauce |
